This is an easy green smoothie that the kids are guaranteed to love. If you are looking for a low sugar smoothie, simply swap the banana for avocado and you will have a nutritious, low fructose smoothie to enjoy.
- 1 cup of coconut water (or use half coconut water/half coconut water kefir)
- 1 banana
- 2 medium kiwis
- A large handful of spinach or your favourite greens
- 1 spoonful of extra virgin coconut oil
- Optional add-ins: ice, 1 tbsp of chia seeds
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and enjoy!
